  • If OTA delivery fails, the message automatically falls back to email

Email is the default channel for direct bookings and reservations with an email address. It supports HTML, attachments and the auto-attached invoice.

Rentalls picks the template language version based on the reservation language. If it doesn't exist, the English version is used.

Conditions

Send only when it makes sense

13 conditions evaluated right before sending: check-in completed, deposit held, free night after departure, length of stay, children on the reservation, purchased upsell… All enabled conditions must be true at once.

  • Check-in reminders go only to guests who haven't filled it in yet
  • Late check-out offer only if the following night is free
  • Conditions combine with AND logic
  • Evaluation happens at send time, not when scheduled
